Ανοιχτό κίτρινο χρώμα, με καλής έντασης μύτη με αρώματα εσπεριδοειδών και λευκοσαρκων φρούτων. Στο στόμα η κομψή οξύτητα το μέτριο αλκοόλ και η έντονη μεταλλικότητα σε συνδιασμό με τον φρουτώδη χαρακτήρα μας δίνουν ένα κρασί όπου θα μπορεί να συνδυαστεί τέλεια με ψάρια ψητά και μαγειρευτά οστρακόδερμα κυδώνια και μύδια αλλά και ελαφριά κρέατα σε λευκή σάλτσα.
