George Zervas' vision when creating his boutique winery was to
create signature wines. Cultivating exclusively local and rare
Greek varieties, we have focused on wines that simultaneously express the
ur winemaking style, our philosophy and the dynamics of the terroir. Each tank
is treated separately to highlight the uniqueness of the grape. Combining
traditional techniques with modern winemaking methods, we aim to
creating wines that elegantly highlight the complex and fruity character
of local Greek grapes.
