A versatile white variety from the region on which we have made four different winemakings.
Medium-sized, spherical and dense grapes with thick skin.
It produces wines with an intense aromatic profile but also wines of a more gastronomic character, with a strong aftertaste and particularly full body.
MALAGOUZIA
White variety with a medium lemon color. Three different clones on three different rootstocks to present more aspects of the variety and give greater complexity.
Medium body, crisp acidity and moderate oiliness combined with the minerality provided by the soil elements, give us a long citric and mineral aftertaste in the mouth. Aromas of lemon, white flowers and notes of green olive.
VERTZAMI
Red variety of the Ionian islands and coastal areas with intense color, robust tannins, rich aromas and full body.
Medium-sized and bluish-red colored spherical and dense grapes with thick skin and astringent taste.
MAVROUDI
Local red variety from the village of Mavroudi in Thesprotia. An almost forgotten variety that we managed to bring back to the forefront. It is considered the origin variety of the Italian Greco Nero of Calabria and Puglia
Small, spherical grapes with thick skin and deep red color with violet highlights.
Harmonious tannins and full body with notes of small red fruits (cherry, raspberry).
SYRAH
French variety perfectly adapted to the terroir of the region.
Characteristic aromas of red fruits and pepper, with elegant tannins and full body.
