In the valley of the ancient river Thyamis, today's Kalamas, in the tributary
Thesprotia, the Zervas family cultivates its vineyards with respect for the
tradition and commitment to quality. With special care in cultivation,
harvesting, processing, bottling, preservation and presentation of our products,
we can assure you that we offer proposals worthy of choice.

Our modern winery is based in Parapotamos, Thesprotia and covers an area of
800 square meters and is undergoing certification as a bioclimatic winery.

We use modern winemaking techniques in a building that is operated in
fully exploit the force of gravity, minimizing the use of pumps while respecting the
purity of the grape and the quality it offers us. Our wines
They come from the prologue only and many stages are done manually.

Since 2022 the winery has been open to the public, offering tours, tastings and organizing events.
